You can change rules that collect product consumption data for your customers if the rule needs to point to a different location in your vCenter Server inventory. To change a rule, you must delete it and then construct a replacement rule.
Before deleting a rule, note any details you plan to reinstate.
- Cick Rules in the top right menu bar of the Web application.
- Click the Rules List tab to view the existing rules.
