You can generate system and runtime information, and support bundle collections of log files, as directed by technical support to help diagnose problems.


Verify that you have user privileges.


  1. Click Support in the top right menu bar of the Web application.
  2. Review the diagnostic activity information.



    Runtime Information

    Information such as heap used.

  3. In the Support Bundle area, click Generate to generate a collection of log files. Coordinate with Technical Support to diagnose problems.

    Support bundles use disk space. Delete them by clicking Delete support bundles when you no longer need them.
