If you encounter a problem during or after upgrading your Application Services installation, you can roll back the installation to the version from which you started the upgrade procedure.
Perform the upgrade procedure described in Upgrade Application Services.
- Switch user credentials to root to have the correction permissions to run the uninstall upgrade program.
- Run the uninstall upgrade program from the directory in which the untarred upgrade installer resides.
- Respond to any prompts.
- When rollback is finished, clear your browser cache before using the Application Services Web user interface.
Application Services is rolled back to the release from which you initiated the upgrade process.
