After you increase the vCenter hardware resources for upgrade, you power on the system before you perform the upgrade.


  1. Power on the entire system.

    If you have a high-availability environment, use this procedure to power on your virtual appliances.

    1. Power on the virtual appliance that you powered off last.

    2. Wait one minute.

    3. Power on the remaining virtual appliances.

  2. Verify that the system is fully functional.
