If the ServiceNow service administrator has configured the User Portal they can go back to Service Portal.
Prerequisites
You must be either the ServiceNow system administrator or application admin.
Procedure
- Log in to ServiceNow as a system administrator or application admin.
- From the left pane, go to :
- Set the Service Portal property to true:
- In Search, search for x_vmw_cloudservice.vRA Servicenow UI.
- Set the Value to
true. - Click Update.
- Update the parent category sys_id:
- In the left pane, search for sc_category.list.
- Right-click on the required category and select Copy sys_id.
- From the left pane, go to :
- In Search, search for x_vmw_cloudservice.vra_parent_category.
- Open the record and in Value, delete the existing value, and paste the sys_id copied in the previous step.
- Click Update.
- Add the Service Catalog Sys ID:
- In the left pane, search for sc_catalog.list.
- Right-click on Service Catalog and select Copy sys_id.
- From the left pane, go to :
- In Search, search for x_vmw_cloudservice.cas_catalog_sysid.
- Open the record and in Value, delete the existing value, and paste the sys_id copied in the previous step.
- Click Update.
- Run the scheduled job:
- From the left pane, go to .
- Run thevRA Import Project scheduled jobs.
