Note: if ServiceNow instance has 8 threads, then make sure you set the system property value as 4 to restrict the threads utilization to 50%. |

Also setting this system property with the number of worker threads available on the ServiceNow instance will impact other ServiceNow operations too. |

Make sure you set the system property with the proper value so that ServiceNow instance can have sufficient worker threads to utilize for other operations that are not under the VMware vRealize Automation ITSM application for ServiceNow. |
