vRealize Automation can work with vRealize Operations Manager to perform advanced workload placement, provide deployment health and virtual machine metrics, and display pricing.
Integration between the two products must be on-premises to on-premises, not a mix of on-premises and cloud.
To integrate with vRealize Operations Manager, look under . To add the integration, you need the vRealize Operations Manager URL and its login username and password. Note that the username format for non-local accounts is username@domain@authenticed-source, such as email@example.com@company. Authenticated sources are defined during vRealize Operations Manager server initial setup. In addition, vRealize Automation and vRealize Operations Manager need to manage the same endpoint.
