Limitations on workload placement

Certain limitations apply when using vRealize Operations Cloud to place workloads.

• vRealize Operations Cloud does not support workload placement on resource pools in vCenter Server.
• If vRealize Operations Cloud is down, the timeout used for workload placement to call vRealize Operations Cloud might expire.
• Placement doesn't cross multiple cloud zones. vRealize Automation Cloud sends one cloud zone to vRealize Operations Cloud for placement recommendations within that single cloud zone.
