A root user can create a support bundle in the vRealize Appliance management console. These bundles can help VMware support staff to identify causes of issues you might encounter.
Use the following procedure to create a support bundle for vRealize Appliance.
- Navigate to the vRealize Appliance management console by using its fully qualified domain name, https://vrcs-va-hostname.domain.name:5480/.
- Log in and go to .
- Click Create support bundle.
- Click Download and save the file on your system.
You can use the support bundle to troubleshoot issues on your own or to send to your VMware support representative.
