You can get support after logging in to the vRealize Operations Cloud console and opening the Support panel. The Support panel is available on every screen.
- To get support:
- Make sure you are logged in to the vRealize Operations Cloud console.
- Click the ? (Question icon) on the top right of the console.
- Use the Support panel to:
- Search for answers through product documentation, communities, and knowledge-base articles.
- View page level help.
- View help content specific to the current screen on docs.vmware.com.
- Contact VMware support engineers or customer support representatives.
- Create and manage support requests.
- Ask questions in VMware communities.
