Recovering a VM with vSphere Replication 9.0 fails to power on the recovered VM

The issue is observed when a replicated VM is attached to a distributed virtual switch and you attempt to perform a recovery in an automated DRS cluster.

Problem

The recovery operation succeeds but the resulting virtual machine cannot be powered on.

Solution

Edit the recovered virtual machine settings to attach it to the correct network.
