Solucionar problemas de funcionalidad de App Volumes

Se pueden utilizar scripts Python para resolver problemas de funcionalidad de App Volumes.

Para los scripts descritos a continuación se necesita Python 2.7.9 o una versión posterior.

Recuperar detalles de asignación de las asignaciones de aplicaciones

El script siguiente recupera los detalles de las asignaciones de su entorno.

Uso:

usage: mapping_details.py [-h] [-t TYPE] [-p XMP_PORT] [-o CSV_PATH]
                          [-u SEARCH_USER] [-g SEARCH_GROUP]
                          [-d SEARCH_DOMAIN]
                          xmp_host xmp_domain xmp_user xmp_password

  xmp_host              XMP host url
  xmp_domain            XMP user domain
  xmp_user              XMP user name
  xmp_password          XMP user password
 
optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -t TYPE, --type TYPE  All, AppVolumes, DaaS

Formato del script:

mapping_details.py <IP/FQDN> <domain> <username> '<password>' -p 8443

El script siguiente recupera los detalles de los fallos de asociación y cancelación de asociación.

Cada uno de los registros de fallo incluye la información siguiente:

Marca de hora
¿Grabable? - Indica si se trata de un volumen grabable (S) o un AppStack (N).

Nota:
Los volúmenes grabables son una función Beta. Póngase en contacto con su representante de VMware para obtener más información.
Asociación/Cancelación de asociación - Indica si se trata de un fallo de asociación o de cancelación de asociación.
Usuario/dominio - Nombre de usuario y dominio en que ocurrió el fallo.
Ubicación de archivo - Ubicación del archivo. El formato es <centro de datos>/<nodo>/<vcenter>/<almacén de datos>/<ruta de vmdk>
Ubicación de la máquina virtual - Ubicación del archivo. El formato es <centro de datos>/<nodo>/<vcenter>/<nombre de máquina virtual>

Si se observan fallos de asociación/cancelación de asociación, se recomienda comprobar lo siguiente:

¿Es el usuario miembro del grupo correcto?
¿Está instalado y actualizado el agente en el escritorio?

También puede registrar la información del fallo para incluirla en una solicitud de soporte.

Nota:
