Cada vez que un servicio se bloquea en la puerta de enlace, se genera un archivo de volcado. Los paquetes de diagnósticos generados desde Orchestrator deben recuperarse tan pronto como sea posible después de generar un archivo de volcado para descargar el archivo de volcado y proporcionar los registros asociados al equipo de soporte de VMware.
