Chaque fois qu'un service se bloque sur la passerelle, un fichier de base est généré. Les bundles de diagnostics générés à partir d'Orchestrator doivent être récupérés dès que possible après la génération d'un fichier de base, afin de télécharger le fichier de base et de fournir les journaux associés au support VMware.
