管理者は、ユーザーを Automation Orchestrator Client に追加して、ユーザーが表示および使用できる機能を設定できます。

ロール管理では、 Automation Orchestrator Client の機能へのユーザーのアクセスを Automation Orchestrator の ID プロバイダから制御します。ロール管理は、 Automation Orchestrator Client ユーザー インターフェイスと API 機能の両方に適用されます。
注： クライアント側のロール管理を使用できるのは、VMware Cloud Foundation ライセンスを使用する vSphere で認証された Automation Orchestrator インスタンスのみです。 VMware Aria Automation で認証された Automation Orchestrator にロールを割り当てる方法については、 VMware Aria Automation での Automation Orchestrator Client ロールの構成を参照してください。

手順

  1. 管理者として Automation Orchestrator にログインします。
  2. [管理] > [ロール管理] の順に移動します。
  3. [追加] をクリックします。
  4. Automation Orchestrator Client に追加するユーザーまたはグループを検索します。
  5. ユーザーのロールを選択します。ロールの詳細については、Automation Orchestrator ユーザー ロールとグループ権限を参照してください。
  6. [保存] をクリックします。
