Sempre que um serviço falha no gateway, é gerado um ficheiro central. Os pacotes de diagnóstico gerados no Orchestrator devem ser recuperados o mais rapidamente possível após a geração de um ficheiro central, para transferir o ficheiro central e fornecer os registos associados ao suporte do VMware.
