透過 Horizon Persona Management，您可以將各種設定中的現有使用者設定檔移轉至 Horizon 桌面平台。設定檔移轉完成後，當使用者登入其 Horizon 桌面平台時，系統會對使用者顯示他們在舊版系統上使用的個人設定與資料。

透過移轉使用者設定檔，您便能達成以下的桌面平台移轉目標：

  • 您可以將 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 R2 Horizon 桌面平台升級為 Windows 10 Horizon 桌面平台。
  • 您可以將使用者系統從舊版 Windows XP 升級至 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 R2，並首次將使用者從實體電腦移轉至 Horizon。
  • 您可以將舊版 Windows XP Horizon 桌面平台升級為 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 R2 Horizon 桌面平台。
  • 您可以從實體電腦移轉至 Horizon 桌面平台，而無需升級作業系統。

為了支援這些案例，Horizon Persona Management 針對未安裝 View Agent 5。x 的實體或虛擬機器，提供設定檔移轉公用程式與獨立 Horizon Persona Management 安裝程式。

重要： View Agent 6.1 及更新版本不支援 Windows XP 和 Windows Vista 桌面平台。View Agent 6.0.2 是支援這些客體作業系統的最新版本。如果客戶具有 Microsoft 對 Windows XP 和 Vista 提供的延伸支援合約以及 VMware 對這些客體作業系統提供的延伸支援合約，便可透過連線伺服器 6.1 部署 Windows XP 和 Vista 桌面平台的 View Agent 6.0.2 版。

透過使用者設定檔移轉公用程式，您可在從舊版 Windows XP 桌面平台部署移轉到會在未來版本中繼續受到支援之桌面平台部署的作業中執行重要工作。

Windows XP 實體電腦 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 R2 Horizon 桌面平台
  1. 使用 Horizon Persona Management 為使用者設定 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 R2 Horizon 桌面平台。請參閱設定 Horizon Persona Management 部署。

使用漫遊使用者設定檔解決方案的 Windows XP 實體電腦或虛擬機器。例如，您的部署可能使用以下其中一個解決方案：
  • Horizon Persona Management
  • RTO 虛擬設定檔
  • Windows 漫遊設定檔

在此案例中，原始的使用者設定檔必須保留在遠端設定檔存放庫中。

  2. 將獨立 Horizon Persona Management 軟體安裝在 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 R2 系統上。請參閱安裝獨立 Horizon Persona Management。
  3. 設定舊版 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 R2 系統，使其使用與 Horizon 桌面平台相同的遠端設定檔存放庫。請參閱設定使用者設定檔存放庫。

    最簡單的方法是在 Active Directory 中使用相同的 Horizon Persona Management 群組原則設定來控制舊版系統與 Horizon 桌面平台。請參閱新增 Horizon Persona Management ADMX 範本檔。

  4. 對您的使用者提供 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows Server 2012 R2 Horizon 桌面平台。
