升級 Broker Agent

您可以在 Horizon 環境中每個網繭中的一個連線伺服器主機上，將 vRealize Operations for Horizon Broker Agent 6.2 或 6.2.1 版升級至 vRealize Operations for Horizon Broker Agent 6.3。

必要條件

安裝 vRealize Operations for Horizon 解決方案，新增授權金錀，然後建立 vRealize Operations for Horizon Adapter 的執行個體。

確認您已下載 Broker Agent 安裝檔案。

程序

1. 使用屬於本機管理員群組的網域帳戶登入計劃升級 Broker Agent 的連線伺服器主機。
2. 將 VMware-v4vbrokeragent-x86_64-6.3-buildnumber.exe 檔案複製到連線伺服器上的暫存資料夾。
3. 在暫存資料夾中，執行 EXE 檔案以啟動 Broker Agent 安裝精靈。
4. 接受使用者授權合約，並按下一步。
5. (選用) 選取啟動 VMware vRealize Operations for Horizon Broker Agent 組態公用程式核取方塊。Broker Agent 組態公用程式會在安裝 Broker Agent 後立即開啟。
6. 按一下安裝以開始升級。
7. 安裝完成後，按一下完成結束 Broker Agent 安裝精靈。
   在執行此程序期間，舊版 Broker Agent 服務停止，組態會保留，Broker Agent 會解除安裝，且會安裝新版本的 Broker Agent。
8. 當此組態公用程式開啟時，請在精靈的第一個畫面上輸入 vRealize Operations Manager IP 位址和配對認證並將其配對。後續畫面包含從舊版安裝填入的 vRealize Operations for Horizon 認證和事件資料庫組態等資料。
9. 在 [設定 Broker Agent 服務] 畫面上重新啟動 Broker Agent 服務。按下一步，然後在精靈的最後一個畫面上按一下完成。
   備註： 在執行 Broker Agent 升級程序期間， vRealize Operations for Horizon Broker Agent 6.2 或更早版本的服務停止，組態會保留，Broker Agent 會解除安裝，且會安裝新版本的 Broker Agent。當組態公用程式開啟時，在精靈的第一個畫面上輸入 vRealize Operations IP 和配對認證。在升級期間，Broker Agent 服務不會自動啟動。在精靈的 設定 Broker Agent 服務畫面上啟動 Broker Agent 服務。後續頁面包含從舊版安裝填入的資料，以及 Horizon 認證和事件資料庫組態等詳細資料。
