舊版代理程式連線

較舊版本的 Broker Agent 和 Desktop Agent 無法與 Horizon 介面卡進行通訊。

問題

依預設，vRealize Operations for Horizon6.1 或更早版本的 Broker Agent 和 Desktop Agent 無法與 Horizon 介面卡進行通訊。

原因

vRealize Operations for Horizon6.2.1 及更新版本強制執行 TLS 1.2，但更早版本使用 TLS 1.0。如果您無法將代理程式升級為較新版本，可在介面卡上停用 TLS。

解決方案

1. 在 vRealize Operations Manager收集器節點上開啟 /usr/lib/vmware-vcops/user/plugins/inbound/V4V_adapter3/work/msgserver.properties 檔案。
2. 新增下列命令：

   enforcesslprotocols=false

3. 重新啟動 Horizon 介面卡。
4. 在已安裝 Broker Agent 的 Horizon Connection Server主機上，再次配對 Broker Agent 與介面卡。
