從 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.4.1 開始，在全新安裝 VMware Identity Manager 3.3.5 版期間，支援聯邦資訊處理標準 （FIPS） 和非 FIPS 模式。但是，您無法在VMware Identity Manager安裝後切換 FIPS 模式。在升級 VMware Identity Manager 期間，僅支援非 FIPS 模式。對於 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.4 及更新版本，建立 環境時，VMware Identity Manager安裝是選擇性的。

在舊版中，在 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 中建立 環境之前，VMware Identity Manager安裝是必要的。如果未建立VMware Identity Manager實例，系統會自動指示您將其安裝在 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager UI 上。

現在，您可以啟用或停用 VMware Identity Manager切換按鈕。
備註： 安裝或匯入 vRealize Automation 8.x 之前，請確保 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager中存在 VMware Identity Manager的全域環境。如果未安裝 globalenvironment，則無法繼續進行 vRealize Automation 8.x 部署。若要安裝全域環境，請在建立環境頁面中啟用切換按鈕。

程序

  1. 導覽至 My Services(My Services) 儀表板，然後按一下生命週期作業(Lifecycle Operations)。
  2. 啟用安裝 Identity Manager(Install Identity Manager)切換按鈕以安裝VMware Identity Manager。停用安裝 Identity Manager(Install Identity Manager)切換按鈕以繼續進行任何其他vRealize Suite產品安裝。
  3. 按一下建立環境(Create Environment)，然後輸入環境詳細資料。
    1. 依預設，環境名稱會保持為全域環境。
    2. (選擇性) 輸入環境說明，最多可為 1024 個字元。
    3. 新增密碼詳細資料。
      備註： 如果沒有列出密碼，請導覽至 Locker 以新增密碼。
    4. 選取資料中心(Datacenter)名稱。
    5. 視需要啟用或停用 JSON 組態切換列。啟用 JSON 組態時，您可以手動貼上 JSON 檔案文字，也可以從本機系統匯入檔案。
    6. 按下一步(Next)。
  4. 如果您已在步驟 2 中啟用 [安裝 Identity Manager]，請選取 [新增安裝(New Install)選項以安裝VMware Identity Manager。如果停用此切換，請為其他vRealize Suite產品選取新增安裝(New Install)選項。
  5. 選取VMware Identity Manager所需的支援版本，然後按一下新增(Next)。
