從 vSphere 6.5 Update 2 開始，可以加入其他含內嵌式 Platform Services Controller 的 vCenter Server 執行個體以啟用增強型連結模式。

安裝含內嵌式 Platform Services Controller 的 vCenter Server 具有下列優點：
- vCenter Server 和 Platform Services Controller 之間不會透過網路進行連線，並且 vCenter Server 不容易因 vCenter Server 和 Platform Services Controller 之間存在的連線與名稱解析問題而出現中斷。

Platform Services Controller 和含外部 Platform Services Controller 的 vCenter Server

- vCenter Server 和 Platform Services Controller 之間的連線可能會出現連線與名稱解析問題。
