您可以使用 GUI 安裝程式對使用外部 Platform Services Controller執行個體的 vCenter Server Appliance 6.5 或 6.7 執行互動式升級為 vCenter Server Appliance7.0。您必須使用與您想要升級的應用裝置處於相同網路的 Windows、Linux 或 Mac OS X 電腦來執行 GUI 升級。

必要條件

• 新的 vCenter ServerAppliance 包含所有Platform Services Controller 服務。您不再需要也無法部署和使用外部 Platform Services Controller，因為所有 Platform Services Controller 服務都已整併到vCenter Server 中。若要進一步瞭解對 vCenter Server的此項變更，請參閱移除 Platform Services Controller。
