vCenter Server Appliance 和 Platform Services Controller 设备的 CLI 升级

可以使用 CLI 安装程序以无需人工干预的方式升级 ESXi 主机或 vCenter Server 实例上的 vCenter Server Appliance 或 Platform Services Controller 设备。

CLI 升级过程包括将 vCenter Server Appliance 安装程序下载到要从中执行升级的网络虚拟机或物理服务器、准备包含升级信息的 JSON 配置文件以及运行升级命令。

重要事项： 用来登录到要从中运行 CLI 升级的计算机的用户名、 vCenter Server Appliance ISO 文件的路径、JSON 配置文件的路径和 JSON 配置文件中的字符串值（包括密码）必须仅包含 ASCII 字符。扩展 ASCII 字符和非 ASCII 字符不受支持。

vCenter Server Appliance ISO 文件包含 JSON 模板文件，其中包含升级 vCenter Server Appliance 或 Platform Services Controller 设备所需的最少配置参数。有关为 vCenter Server Appliance 和 Platform Services Controller 设备的 CLI 升级准备 JSON 模板的信息，请参见为 CLI 升级准备 JSON 配置文件。

重要事项： 对于具有外部 Platform Services Controller实例的拓扑，必须按顺序升级复制的 Platform Services Controller 实例。成功升级域中的所有 Platform Services Controller实例后，您可以针对指向共同的外部 Platform Services Controller 实例的多个 vCenter Server Appliance 执行并行升级。
