Re-triggering Time for Catalog Item Request Status Check

The ServiceNow system administrator and plug-in admin can configure a time to automatically check the catalog request status. Once the catalog request is submitted to VMware Aria Automation, the system uses this configured time to automatically check the request status then update the status appropriately.

Prerequisites

You must be the system administrator or plug-in admin.

Procedure

1. Log in to ServiceNow as a system administrator or Plugin admin.
2. In the filter navigator, type sys_properties.LIST and press Enter.

   The system properties table page will be displayed.

3. In the Search box, search for x_vmw_cloudservice.CSWorkflowTimerToCheckRequestStatus.
4. Open the record and in Value, enter the time in seconds.

   The default time is set to 180 seconds.

5. Click Update.
