Managing the ServiceNow Users

In the VMware Aria Automation Plug-in, the system administrator must set up users and groups, create the required user roles, and complete other required configuration tasks.

Note:

It is important to set up the users in both VMware Aria Automation Plug-in and VMware Aria Automation with the same user_Id/user_name in ServiceNow as that of VMware Aria Automation On-Prem and the same email address in ServiceNow as that of VMware Aria Automation Cloud to assign the owner and requester of deployments and resources.
