You might experience a problem with the RabbitMQ queues while the environment is trying to get operational again.

To resolve the problem, navigate to the VMware Aria Automation Web interface on the VMware Aria Automation and reset the messaging for the primary VA node and every VA node.

To reset the messaging from the Web interface, select VMware Aria Automation Settings > Messaging and click Reset Rabbitmq.

To reset messaging in a high availability environment, you must also configure RabbitMQ clustering on slave nodes. Run vcac-vami rabbitmq-cluster-config generate-join-cluster-script on the master virtual appliance. Copy the generated script and execute the script on the second virtual appliance to join that virtual appliance to the cluster. When the script execution is completed, restart apache and vcac-server services.
