Setting Up VMware Blockchain Logging and Metrics on AWS

You can either retrieve data manually or publish the data to third-party providers. Use the data to monitor VMware Blockchain node deployment health. You can analyze the data using intelligent log analysis and management, collecting metrics, creating dashboards, and configuring alerts.

To view data, analyze, and manage VMware Blockchain logs, you can configure Amazon CloudWatch, vRealize Log Insight, or other third-party logging providers.

To monitor VMware Blockchain deployments, you can configure the zone parameters in the infrastructure descriptor file to manually retrieve the metrics or configure Tanzu Observability by Wavefront, ElasticSearch (ELK), or a third-party provider that supports REST endpoints to view published metrics.
