To set up logging, the endpoints for the logging portal must be accessible from both the Replica and Client node network segments.

When configuring VMware Blockchain nodes for deployment, you can configure the logging and zone parameters in the infrastructure descriptor file. See Configuring the Infrastructure Descriptor Parameters on AWS.

After deployment, you can log into, for example, AWS Cloudwatch, vRealize Log Insight, or other third-party logging providers and monitor the logs. See VMware Blockchain Logs on AWS.

If you are using AWS Cloudwatch, you must have it configured for your environment. For setting up Amazon CloudWatch logs, see the Amazon CloudWatch Logs User Guide.

If you are using vRealize Log Insight, you must have it installed and configured. See VMware vRealize Log Insight Documentation.

For detailed VMware Blockchain logging information, see VMware Blockchain Logs on AWS.
