About the App Control Distribution

Carbon Black supplies the App Control installation program as a download. New sites will also receive a license key to be used during installation.

Contents	Description
App Control Software	The App Control server installation files. Note: You upload App Control Agent installers packages from the Carbon Black User Exchange after the server is installed.
Documentation	The App Control Console includes online Help describing product features and procedures, including how to install the agent on endpoints. You can view the Help contents page by clicking the question mark button in the top right in the main console menu. Context-sensitive help can be launched by clicking the question mark button lower on the page in the panel for a particular console page. PDF versions of this and other user documentation (PDF and HTML) can be downloaded at https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Carbon-Black-App-Control/index.html.
