Installing Carbon Black Cloud Sensors for Sensor Gateway

After you install the Sensor Gateway and register it with Carbon Black Cloud, you can perform a fresh Carbon Black sensor installation.

The following Carbon Black Cloud sensor versions are supported with the Sensor Gateway:

• Carbon Black Cloud Windows sensor 3.8.0.684+
• Carbon Black Cloud Linux sensor 2.13.2.997598+

Note:

You can install a Windows sensor using a COMPANY CODE that contains a Sensor Gateway URL with any Windows sensor 3.8.0.684+. However, to switch an existing Windows sensor that is currently communicating with the Carbon Black Cloud to a Sensor Gateway, you must be using Windows sensor 3.9 MR2+.
