The Service Level Objective (SLO) is the time during which the Carbon Black Cloud MDR analyst analyzes alerts.

Carbon Black Managed Detection and MDR include a review of CB Analytics alerts severity 5–10.

CB Analytics severity 8–10 alerts have a two-hour SLO between when the alert was created and when the analyst has completed triage and initiated any applicable response actions.

CB Analytics alerts severity 5–7 are triaged as best-effort.

The SLO is total response time.

For example, during the first quarter of 2024:

  • 99.8% of all SLO alerts were triaged in under 10 minutes.
  • 99.6% of all best effort alerts were triaged in under 30 minutes.
