Configure Asset Inventory Data Ingestion (Optional)

To have more information available in ServiceNow for the assets monitored by Carbon Black Cloud, enable Device Collection.

Prerequisites

Create a ServiceNow Configuration Profile

Procedure

1. Select the checkbox for Device Collection.
2. Enter the frequency of collection in hours.

   The Next Device Collection Time field will populate after the first collection runs.
