To add users to assign the Admin or Analyst role, perform the following procedure.
Note: User management requires the System Administrator role.
Procedure
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
- Go to Organization > Users and click the Users module.
- Click the New button to open a New User form.
- Fill in the form:
User ID
- Unique User ID for the role in the current ServiceNow Platform instance
First Name
- First name of the user being created
Last Name
- Last name of the user being created
Title
- Job Title. Example: Security User
Password
- Unique password created for this user
Email
- Unique email address
- Click Submit.
