Two application-specific roles must be configured in ServiceNow: one with the privileges to administer the apps, and one for analysts. After the roles are configured, grant them to users.
The built-in ServiceNow System Administrator role grants the following permissions to users who have that role:
- Install the integration application plugins
- Configure Data Collection using the Data Forwarder with AWS S3 Bucket
- Read, write and delete any record
- Create Users
- Can execute all SOAR actions
- View Application Logs
- Access Support Contact
- Uninstall the Application
