New Release: Re-release of Server 7.6.2

The VMware Carbon Black EDR Team will begin the cloud upgrade to the latest build of Server 7.6.2 on Sunday, 20 March 2022, at 9:00 AM EDT. Hosted EDR instances are being upgraded to a new build of EDR Server 7.6.2 to release security improvements. The first upgrade to Server 7.6.2 was completed on 6 March 2022.

Each Carbon Black Hosted EDR customer instance will be unavailable only for the time it takes to complete the upgrade - not necessarily the entire duration of the 9am - 5pm EDT maintenance period. The team will upgrade instances on a rolling basis.

This release includes the following improvements:

• Bug fixes
• RHEL 8.5 Support
• Other small enhancements
