Advance Cloud Announcement: Server 7.7.0

The VMware Carbon Black EDR Team will begin the cloud upgrade to Server 7.7.0 on Sunday, 17 July 2022, at 9:00 AM EDT.

Each Hosted Carbon Black EDR customer instance will only be unavailable for the length of time it takes to complete the upgrade, not necessarily the entire duration of the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDT maintenance period. The team will upgrade instances on a rolling basis.

This release includes the following improvements:

• Containerized EDR Server for on-prem Carbon Black EDR customers
• Active Directory (AD) Integration for on-prem Carbon Black EDR customers
• Sensors Page Filtering Enhancements
• Isolate/Unisolate Audit Logging Enhancements
• Coreservices API Payload Validation Enhancements
• Various bug fixes and other small enhancements
