Working with Kubernetes Templates

VMware Cloud Director Container Service Extension uses customized VM templates called Kubernetes templates as building blocks for deployment of Kubernetes clusters. These templates are crucial for VMware Cloud Director Container Service Extension to function properly. With VMware Cloud Director Container Service Extension 3.1.1, the service adds support for importing VMware Tanzu Kubernetes OVAs, called TKG templates, and allow their usage for deploying Kubernetes clusters. This section describes the various aspects of these templates including their lifecycle management.
