How Do I Manage Log Shipping with VMware vRealize Log Insight Cloud

After you integrate VMware Cloud Director service with VMware vRealize Log Insight Cloud, you can configure each of your VMware Cloud Director instances to ship its logs to vRealize Log Insight Cloud.

Prerequisites

Verify that you configured a VMware vRealize Log Insight Cloud integration.

Procedure

1. Log in to VMware Cloud Director service.
   • If you are an enterprise customer, log in at https://console.cloud.vmware.com.
   • If you are a CSP-SaaS partner, log in at https://navigator.vmware.com.
2. In the card of the VMware Cloud Director instance for which you want to configure log shipping, click Details.
3. Click the Logs tab and then click Manage Log Shipping.
4. From the drop-down menu, select an organization with a vRealize Log Insight Cloud account to which to ship the VMware Cloud Director logs.
   If you want to deactivate log shipping to vRealize Log Insight Cloud, select None.
5. Click Apply.
