You can troubleshoot task failures in your solution add-on management UI.
If a task that is related to an instance of one of the solution add-ons in your environement fails, you can view the logs for it.
Procedure
- In the top navigation bar, click .
- Select a solution add-on.
- Click the Instances tab.
- Click the expansion arrows for the instance for which you want to see the logs.
- On the right, click the Events tab.
- In the Status columne, click View logs for the task that you want to investigate.
