Perform a Post-Upgrade Health Check on the Clustered Workspace ONE Access

Before deleting the snapshots of Workspace One Access, you must perform a health check on the clustered Workspace ONE Access instance to ensure the upgrade was successful.

Procedure

1. Log in to vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager at https://<vrealize_suite_lifecycle_manager_fqdn>/vrslcm as vcfadmin@local.
2. On the My services​​ page, click Lifecycle operations​​.​
3. On the Dashboard​​ page, click Manage environments​​.​
4. In the globalenvironment​​ card, click View details​​.​
5. On the VMware Identity Manager​​ tab, click the horizontal ellipsis, select Trigger cluster health​​, and click Submit​​.​
6. Monitor the health-check request until all stages become Successful​​.
   Caution:

   Do not proceed with deleting snapshots until the health-check is successful.
