- Trigger a cluster health collection request for Workspace ONE Access.
- On the My services page, click Lifecycle operations.
- On the Dashboard page, click Manage environments.
- On the Environments page, in the globalenvironment card, click View Details.
- In the VMware Identity Manager section, click the ellipsis icon and select Trigger cluster health.
- On the Trigger health collection dialog box, click Submit.
