Scale Management for Intelligent Logging and Analytics for VMware Cloud Foundation

To operate your Intelligent Logging and Analytics for VMware Cloud Foundation validated solution, VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle supports vertical scale-up for VMware Aria Operations for Logs.

VMware Aria Operations for Logs consists of a primary node and worker nodes, which all have the same appliance size. The default size of a VMware Aria Operations for Logs appliance in this validated solution is medium.

With vertical scale-up, you can change the VMware Aria Operations for Logs appliance size to large increasing CPU and Memory and increase your disk size or keep your current disk size.

With vertical scale-up, you can also add additional disk space to existing appliances without changing the appliance size.
