Shut Down the VMware Aria Operations for Logs Virtual Machines for Intelligent Logging and Analytics for VMware Cloud Foundation

Shut down the three VMware Aria Operations for Logs nodes in the management domain by using the vSphere Client.

Procedure

1. Log in to the management domain vCenter Server at https://<management_vcenter_server_fqdn>/ui as [email protected].
2. In the VMs and templates inventory, expand the management domain vCenter Server tree and expand the management domain data center.

3. Find the first VMware Aria Operations for Logs virtual machine in the inventory.

4. Right-click the virtual machine and select Power > Shut down Guest OS.

5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

   This operation takes several minutes to complete.

6. Repeat the steps for the remaining VMware Aria Operations for Logs virtual machines.
