If you want to fail over the NSX load balancer from the protected to the recovery VMware Cloud Foundation instance, configure the Tier-1 gateway to set the recovery VMware Cloud Foundation instance as primary. This configuration provides dynamic routing in the recovery VMware Cloud Foundation instance and ensures that the management components of the SDDC continue to communicate using optimal routes in a fault-tolerant network.

Note: This procedure is applicable only if you want to fail over the NSX load balancer from the protected to the recovery VMware Cloud Foundation instance.
