VMware Cloud on AWS vCenter User Account Cannot Log In With Saved Password

Problem

The [email protected] account cannot log in to the SDDC vCenter using the saved password.

Cause

The Default vCenter User Account password shown in vCenter Information on the SDDC Settings is set by the system when the SDDC is deployed and not updated when an administrator changes the password in vCenter.

Contact Technical Support and request a password change. See Get Support.
