Connecting vRealize Automation 8.4 to Your SDDC

You can connect vRealize Automation 8.4 to your on-premises SDDC and create blueprints so that you can deploy the Virtual Machines (VMs).

Prerequisites

• Ensure that you have completed all the steps in Preparing Your On-Premises SDDC for vRealize Automation Integration Through Internet if you have configured FQDN to resolve through vCenter public IP address.
• Ensure that you have completed all the steps in Preparing Your On-Premises SDDC for vRealize Automation Integration Through Your Network if you have configured FQDN to resolve through your private network.
• Install vRealize Automation. See Installing vRealize Automation with vRealize Easy Installer.

Procedure

1. Log in to vRealize Automation with the infrastructure administrative privileges.
2. Create a vCenter cloud account in vRealize Automation.
