This section is broken into the separate layers of infrastructure:

The guidelines provided here can be used within internet-restricted environments as required. An extra preparation step is necessary in downloading the upgrade or patch files to be used from an internet-capable machine, and then transferring these into the test or production environments in a secure, compliant manner.
