Deploying to a vSphere ESXi VM

You can create a virtual VMware Edge Cloud Orchestrator host for development, testing, CI/CD pipeline automation, and learning purposes (using the same installation media used for physical machine installs), by deploying a virtual VMware Edge Cloud Orchestrator host as a VM on the ESXi hypervisor (either as a standalone ESXi host or an ESXi host/cluster managed by vCenter Server).

Note:

Currently, only Intel x86_64 vSphere/ESXi hypervisors are supported. ESXi Arm64 Fling version is not supported).
