Configuring UNC Path Redirection

The UNC Path Redirection feature for Microsoft Office redirects network links when opened from inside an Office application. Network links can be redirected from agent-to-client or from client-to-agent. Currently this feature supports redirection of network links from Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
