The goal of the Customer Experience Improvement Program is to quickly identify and address issues that might be affecting your experience. If you choose to participate in the VMware Customer Experience Improvement Program, Mirage regularly sends encrypted data to VMware. VMware uses the collected data for product development and troubleshooting purposes. Mirage anonymizes and encrypts the collected data from your systems or servers before securely transferring the data to VMware.
